Just do this:

%26lt;body style="cursor: crosshair;"%26gt;

as an inline style or include it in an embedded or linked to stylesheet for the body tag, or if you only want it for a specific area, a more specific tag or class or id.

Edit: In response to your additional information, I am unfamiliar with how Myspace works, but if it is in sections, I will assume there is a %26lt;head%26gt; section. You should put this in there:

}

which is indeed the same answer as the person who answered after me (my first example and this one are equivalent in all aspects anyways ;-)
