I save them as 16x16, okay. So I upload them into fileden.com, and so I grab a code, paste the URL, paste it into my Myspace, and boom! The cursor is a tad bit bigger than what I saved it to. What happened and how can I prevent this?

Your cuser is fine for me, maybe it is because of your screen resolution or browser it is bigger then you wan't
