Flash cursor help?

I've made a small Flash movie with a custom cursor on it to go on my MySpace page as a contact table. Problem is, it makes my default cursor flicker in and out of existence on the rest of my page. I've applied the following ActionScript to the cursor:

onClipEvent (enterFrame) {

this._y = _root._ymouse;

this._x = _root._xmouse;

Mouse.hide();

}

I only want the custom cursor to appear in the Flash movie, so I need help making sure that the default works properly for the rest of my page. Is there possibly something wrong with the ActionScript that's causing the problem?
