I uploaded pics, all under the 5mb or whatever it is, and I titled them, yada yada. .. when it plays, it's slow and . . .not smooth. And the captions dont show on the pic unless you put your cursor over it. I thought maybe it was my computer, so I checked out friends' pages with the slide show and theirs runs just fine.

if your pictures are still a few MB that is still pretty huge. If you want the show to come up faster shrink your pictures to a few hundred kb by using a program such as photoshop.
